Chapter I - The Book of Josue: Divine Promise of Assistance

After Moses, the servant of the Lord, had died, the Lord said to Moses' aide Josue, son of Nun: "My servant Moses is dead. So prepare to cross the Jordan here, with all the people, into the land I will give the Israelites|

God quoted as he promised to Moses.. "I will deliver you to every place where you set foot, and keep safe from plaques like snakes and locus/
Your domain is of the Hethites your faith thus holding.. from the desert, east Lebanon, Euphrates and west to the Great sea holy water consoling/

from the winds blowing and the sun symbolizing u have no weakness and its powerful wit.. no one can withstand you while you live/
I will be with you to the ends of the earth as I was with Moses and let your acts permit.. I will not leave you for all eternity nor forsaken it/
|
Be firm and steadfast, always keeping close my views.. taking care to observe the entire Law which my servant Moses enjoined on you/
Do not swerve from this testamet either stay on the path of the truth.. that you may succeed wherever you go and do as God has you choose/
|
Keep this Book of the Law with wisdom and knowledgable scripts.. in your thinking pattern daily to others and stuck on your lips/
Recite it by day and dream of it by night thus you gain bits.. and that you may ovserve carefully and by detail all that is written in it/
|
then you will successfully attain your goal in faith.. I command you: be firm and steadfast! Do not fear man on earth nor be dismayed/
for the Lord over everything that is living throughout night and day.. your God the creator, is with you ever streesful and worrysome day."/

So Josue commanded the officers of the people: "Go through the camp and instruct the people, 'Prepare your provisions, for three days from now you shall cross the Jordan here, to march in and take possession of the land which the Lord, your God, is giving you.' "
